When I installed Infor Visual CRM 7 (7.0.00010) on Windows 7 machines, and tried to go to Tools -> Options, i kept getting an error about MSSTDFMT.DLL.
Here is what i figured out needs to be done to fix the problem:
- download MSSTDFMT.dll
- download from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12972
- extract the contents somewhere you can find them
- I have file stored on my local machine under “public” share as well as in the CRM installation directory
- download from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12972
- put the DLL in the syswow64 (or system32) directory
- run command prompt as administrator
- run this command: regsvr32 MSSTDFMT.DLL
That should fix everything in Visual CRM
